1. Returns on Liquidation Pallets

All sales are final on liquidation pallets due to the nature of bulk, as-is purchases.

We do accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a verifiable error on our part (e.g., wrong pallet shipped, major undisclosed damage)

2. Inspection & Claims

Buyers must inspect pallets upon delivery and report any discrepancies (missing items, major damage not as described) within 48 hours of receipt.

Claims must include photo/video evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Approved Claims (Errors on Our Part)

If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong category, missing items as listed), we may offer:

A partial refund (based on the discrepancy).

Replacement items (if available).

Store credit for future purchases.

4. No Warranty on Merchandise

Liquidation pallets are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees on brand, condition, or functionality.

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., not liking items, lower resale value than expected).

Minor damages (common in liquidation sales).

5. Shipping & Handling for Approved Returns

If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

If a buyer requests a return for non-error reasons, they are responsible for all shipping and restocking fees (if applicable).
