Return & Refund Policy – Liquidation Pallets

1. Returns on Liquidation Pallets

  • All sales are final on liquidation pallets due to the nature of bulk, as-is purchases.

  • We do  accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a verifiable error on our part (e.g., wrong pallet shipped, major undisclosed damage)

2. Inspection & Claims

  • Buyers must inspect pallets upon delivery and report any discrepancies (missing items, major damage not as described) within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Claims must include photo/video evidence and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Approved Claims (Errors on Our Part)

  • If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong category, missing items as listed), we may offer:

    • partial refund (based on the discrepancy).

    • Replacement items (if available).

    • Store credit for future purchases.

  • No cash refunds unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. No Warranty on Merchandise

  • Liquidation pallets are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees on brand, condition, or functionality.

  • We do not cover:

    • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., not liking items, lower resale value than expected).

    • Minor damages (common in liquidation sales).

    • Items not matching personal expectations.

5. Shipping & Handling for Approved Returns

  • If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If a buyer requests a return for non-error reasons, they are responsible for all shipping and restocking fees (if applicable).
