2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship via trusted freight carriers (FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, LTL carriers, etc.) based on pallet size/weight.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (contact us for quotes).
3. Shipping Costs

Buyers pay actual shipping costs, calculated at checkout based on:

Pallet weight/dimensions.

Destination zip code.

Local pickup may be available (specify your warehouse location if applicable).
4. Delivery Expectations

Freight deliveries require someone to be present to unload.

Carriers typically call ahead to schedule delivery windows.

Inspect pallets upon delivery (see our Return Policy for claims).
5. Shipping Damage or Loss

Freight carriers are responsible for damage/loss during transit.

Buyers must:

Note damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

Take photos/videos as proof.

Report issues to us within 24 hours for carrier claims.

6. International Shipping
