Shipping Policy – Liquidation Pallets

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delays may occur during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), but we’ll notify you if needed.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • We ship via trusted freight carriers (FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, LTL carriers, etc.) based on pallet size/weight.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (contact us for quotes).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Buyers pay actual shipping costs, calculated at checkout based on:

    • Pallet weight/dimensions.

    • Destination zip code.

  • Local pickup may be available (specify your warehouse location if applicable).

4. Delivery Expectations

  • Freight deliveries require someone to be present to unload.

  • Carriers typically call ahead to schedule delivery windows.

  • Inspect pallets upon delivery (see our Return Policy for claims).

5. Shipping Damage or Loss

  • Freight carriers are responsible for damage/loss during transit.

  • Buyers must:

    1. Note damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

    2. Take photos/videos as proof.

    3. Report issues to us within 24 hours for carrier claims.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the [Your Country/Region].

  • No international orders (or specify if you offer them, noting customs/duties are the buyer’s responsibility).

7. Tracking & Delays

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped.

  • Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs are beyond our control.


Key Notes for Buyers:

⚠️ No refunds for shipping costs unless we made an error (e.g., wrong address provided by us).
📦 Pallets must be unloaded by the buyer (drivers are not required to assist).
